Our Shrek Tech Community Hour is in full swing as students participate in the various creative roles in theater. Students are painting, making props, programming lights and sounds, planning makeup for over 40 characters, and prepping stage management.
Our makeup crew has had the opportunity to learn from IB alum and Emmy Award winning makeup artist, Brad Look, and Clayton Stang to prepare ogre cowls and effects makeup for Shrek the Musical. We are so grateful to Brad and Clayton for talking to our students about working in the stage and film industries and donating their time to teach students professional techniques for stage makeup.
We'll see you October 18-20 with Shrek the Musical! #ibtigerpride
